Repton School offers an outstanding education to pupils from age 3-18. We are only British curriculum school in Dubai to offer Boarding facilities

Our pupils follow an academic programme based on the British National Curriculum from Early Years to Year 11. Thereafter students study for the prestigious International Baccalaureate qualification, post 16, following either the Diploma or Careers programmes. Existing and new students can also choose to specialize in AS and A Level courses, commencing in September 2021.

Scholarships are awarded to pupils in Year 5 to Year 8, typically at 10% of tuition fees

Programs

The International Baccalaureate (IB)
The International Baccalaureate (IB) is a global high school qualification which is recognised by universities and colleges worldwide. To qualify for the IB Diploma students take six subjects (three at higher level and three at standard level) plus the Theory of Knowledge Course. There is also an Extended Essay and "Community, Service, and Action" (CAS) hours which a student must complete. The IB is a two year course with a September start date and students should be 16 years old to begin the course.
  • Senior School
GCSEs
GCSEs are the UK state exams which must be taken by all 16 years olds, and are a requirement to begin an IB, A level, or University Foundation Course. Students take between 5 and 11 subjects and these should be chosen carefully as they are a pre-requisite for entry onto an IB or A level course. GCSEs are normally taken over two years and start in September when students are 14, but they are also fast-track programmes which can be taken in one year.
