Founded in 1926, Southern Oregon University (SOU) is a contemporary, public liberal arts university which offers a varied range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs taught in Ashland, Oregon. SOU has 37 major offerings and classes are taught by qualified faculty – 93% of whom hold terminal degrees in their field of study. SOU has a reputation as a forward-thinking institution that values creativity, criticalthinking, practical skills, and intellectual growth.
By joining GO Programs at Southern Oregon University, students will benefit from comprehensive student support services–including university transfer support–provided by the Kings academic advisors on-campus.
After two years at SOU, students will have the option to benefit from guaranteed transfer to the University of Oregon (ranked 103 nationally) or Top 100 university of students' choice upon meeting transfer requirements.
Students with strong high school GPA will also have an option to complete bachelor’s degree from Southern Oregon University in just 3 years through Accelerated Baccalaureate (AccBacc) Program.
