I have had all of the positive experiences when I had to deal with any of the faculty, at any of the stages. At the very beginning, I was greeted with a very helpful and patient staff during my recruitment stages. I am person who weighs her options very carefully taking my future into consideration, which means I had a ton of questions and each and everyone were answered diligently. I have taken up Master's in Engineering Management and I chose this University to do it at since it was affordable and I heard good about it. This is my second semester. Yes, it is very hard juggling work and college life but I get it done. The department head, who was also a course lecturer in my first semester, has been nothing but supportive and informative. He has been there to advice me in person and my emails were replied to promptly.
