"I chose the University of Nicosia after visiting the University for a Teacher Development Workshop. I immediately felt comfortable in the environment as staff were very kind and helpful. I decided to study MA TESOL DL as I am working at a school and have not got the time to attend morning lessons at the university. Although I was reluctant to start a distance learning programme and preferred a face-to-face programme, this experience has been the best experience of my life! I have the advantage of listening to my lectures whenever I am suitable. Additionally, I complete the activities of my modules from my own home. The course is structured and organized and the materials are easy to access."

"Most significantly, all teaching staff were very kind, positive, encouraging and ready to support us whenever we need help. They share our passion towards our profession and make learning. Furthermore, the library has a spectacular website which is user-friendly. This website accommodates vast amounts of ebooks which are free to read and easy to find. For the more traditional type of readers like myself, there are a range of books which we can borrow. I recommend UNIC to everyone who would like to advance their knowledge."
